When exactly you got going in your mlm business, I have no idea. If it was last fall or even over last summer, then you know how challenging it is to build your business. Many of you will never venture away from the advise you are given, just like the notions that are put into your head by your family and friends. As time goes on in your business you get nothing but rejection with every new sunrise. Than, the what's the use emotion sets in, and than you know what happens next.
When you first got used to the idea of being in your own business, you probably thought this is great, everyone will what to be a part of this opportunity. I remember thinking, my product is great and when everyone see's this comp plan, they will see where I'm coming from and good by jerk of a boss, and all those other positve things that enter into your thoughts.
I remember hanging in for weeks to see if my efforts would pay off with every new idea my upline would recommend. Then when all of that produced no results, they would tell me my only other option was to buy warm market leads, and work the phone with their scripted sales pitch. I actually wasn't intimidated by that, but forget it. The results are not worth the money spent.
I eventually put to use a marketing system I ran across. Call me a dreamer, but I wanted my summers completely free. I figured one last shot at getting my business to grow, and do what it was suppose to do. And that was to give me the meens to be anywhere on any lake or beach in any of our great north woods area's. Campfire's and the sound of loons each and every evening.
I'm not trying to rub it in, and that is something that might not even appeal to you. You might like to snowboard and love the winter, but this is how I spend my summers now. All because of a method that I rely on to help me sponsor, and than pass it along to every person I put in my business. I look at members of my downline as my business partners, and a handfull of them join me every summer to hangout and exchange idea's. We help each other network.
I don't meen to make it sound like this happened over night. But you know this planet just keeps spinning, and before you know it, summer is gone.
